I am in my fourth year here at Cass City High School as Guidance Counselor.
I grew up in the Massillon, Ohio area but have made the Thumb my home for the last 13 years. I live in Bad Axe with my husband and two children. I graduated with my teaching degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, and my counseling degree is from Central Michigan University.
I have previous experience teaching and counseling with local school districts and most recently I was a Contractual Children’s Therapist at Sanilac County Mental Health.
My job is to help all students work toward their unique goals, including graduating high school, applying for college, or deciding what sort of career path they wish to take. I’m also here to help with any social, emotional, or personal issues that occur.
I look forward to continue working with the students of Cass City High School.
